Call for Proposals: Consultant with Experience in Youth Participation in Sport for Good, Facilitation, and the Design of Learning Experiences

Description

The adidas Foundation is seeking an expert or expert team to design and deliver a Youth Participation and High-Quality Listening Learning Journey across its programs. This work focuses on supporting organizations to strengthen how they engage young people, through approaches that center meaningful participation, safeguarding, and accountability. The learning journey should foster practical, experience-based learning, enabling organizations to build youth listening and participation practices within their sport for good projects.

The consultant(s) will design and facilitate learning journeys that combine conceptual foundations with practical application, including tools, case studies, and peer exchange. The approach should support organizations with different levels of experience to design, implement, and communicate their youth participation and listening practices, while building confidence, ownership, and openness to reflection. A key component of the assignment is the development of a Training of Trainers approach, enabling the adidas Foundation to independently implement and scale the learning journey over time. Proposals and CVs should be submitted separately, with the CVs and portfolios of all involved experts combined into a single PDF document. The proposal should be submitted in the field "Other".
